Conduct analyses and gather, organize and review data to support general business operations and planning activities and ensure processes are integrated and effective across the department. Growing an understanding of business needs and objectives. Solve a range of mostly straightforward problems with some increased scope and complexity. Developing professional with basic skill set and proficiency with procedures and analysis techniques.ResponsibilitiesConduct analyses and reporting in support of general business operations and planning activities including budget development, equipment availability and other capabilitiesAssess requirements for internal business processes, ensuring integration across teams and business units and compatibility with organizational strategic goalsDocument business processes and workflows; identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.Analyze and evaluate business data to identify solutions to basic business problems; use quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysisAnalyze processes and workflows to understand value chain, input/output, to improve and/or automate business performanceCreate reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into currentoperations, and display root cause analysis of problems and value chain, input/output, to improve and/or automate business performanceQualifications2-5 years of experience in business and operational strategy, planning and analysisBasic understanding of business and operating environmentWorking knowledge of data querying, reporting, forecasting, analysis and operations researchResearch, analytical, and problem solving skillsEffective problem resolution skills including determining root cause, scope and scale of issuesEffective word processing and spreadsheet software skillsEffective project management skill to lead projects and/or initiatives of small to medium scope to include working effectively with diverse internal and external contactsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fieldDesired - Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or relate Shuvel Digital
