Architectural Designer vacancy in Washington USA Architectural Designer We are a leading architectural firm in Washington, seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative designs for various projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per week. Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial buildings
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and develop design solutions
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 3D models and renderings
• Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:

• Canadian nationality or experience working in Canada
• Fluent in English
• Student looking for part-time or summer job opportunities
