Job Summary:

MediStar Healthcare Connections Corporation, a leading provider of remote order entry (ROE) staffing supports to hospitals nationwide is currently seeking for Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team of professional staff in our growing business office in the mid-central Phoenix, AZ location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing total office support to our Business Office Management team while enjoying a positive work environment with independent roles and growth potentials. 

JOB DESCRIPTIOn (RequiremenTS AND DUTIES) 

➤ Payroll: Responsible for coordinating our small company's bi-weekly payroll - < 20 

employees. 

Play active roles in the administration, management and maintenance of company employee benefits and records. 

➤ Month End Closing: Posting journal entries into our accounting system. 

➤ Print Financial Statements/Perform monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation. ➤ Bookkeeping: Maintain proper records of clients/vendor payments. Responsible for 

coordinating the purchase and maintenance of our small business office supplies. ➤ Other: Assist with the responsibility of onboarding new employees. 

Assist with recording employee meeting minutes, when necessary, coordinate various internal personnel office matters. Full understanding of proper business office protocols. Provides other administrative/mundane supports as needed by management for the efficient day-to-day business office operations of the company. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: INTERESTED CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE RELEVANT EDUCATION AND SKILL SETS: 

An Associate's or college degree in business/accounting, Math or related fields. 2-3 years of combined prior experience will be helpful. Training will be provided. Self-confident with problem-solving skills necessary. 

Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills. 

Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions, including A/P, A/R and G/L. Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented a plus. Ability to work with others. Must be reliable, dependable with the ability to work independently with minimum or no supervision when trained.
