What You'll Do:

• Help customers find the right vehicle through consultative sales
• Learn and demonstrate Volvo features and benefits
• Follow a proven sales process that builds trust and closes deals
• Manage leads and customer relationships in CRM
• Follow up to drive repeat and referral business

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• 1+ year of sales experience (auto sales preferred but not required)
• Energetic, outgoing, and motivated personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
