The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Banquet Servers to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota . What will you do? - Set up tables following banquet event orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner; replenish buffet line food as needed
- Bus Tables & maintain clean foodservice areas
- Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints
- Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
- Break down the event according to company procedures
More about you - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum 6 months Customer Service Experience
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to tend to guests needs & fulfill them quickly
- Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays preferred
Physical requirements - Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
- Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions
