Position Overview: 1099 performance-based with the option of a draw Outside B2B relationship building Qualified pre-scheduled appointments (avg. 10-15 per week) Industry-leading uncapped commissions (25%) Monthly residuals (25%) Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses (paid weekly) Performance bonuses (paid weekly) Weekly draw (paid weekly) Continuous training and support Opportunities for advancement and career growth Primary Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through pre-scheduled appointments, door-to-door networking, and referrals Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities Collaborate with internal sales managers to prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients, clearly articulating the cost savings and value of our services Collaborate with internal sales managers to achieve targets and increase revenue Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, proposed solutions, and action plans Attend daily team Zoom calls to stay updated on current company happenings and news, bonus shout-outs, and team-building activities Skills [will train]: Communication and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Basic computer skills, including scanning of documents and email Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is a plus,but all experience levels are welcome Our Commitment to Inclusivity & Diversity: Horizon Payments encourages applicants of all ages and experiences, as we do not discriminate based on an applicant's age.
