Responsibilities:/pulliOversees the provision of armed and unarmed security services for one or more datacenters/liliManages the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development, and retention of suppliers security personnel providing services/liliImplements indicators, tracking tools, scorecards, and reporting methods to enhance security team effectiveness and performance/liliContinually prepares for internal and third-party audits, announced or unannounced, ensuring adherence with approved security controls and procedures, and can demonstrate such adherence/liliMeets regularly with customer on-site datacenter management representatives for datacenter site review including discussions on performance of services activities, ways to improve collaboration, etc./liliEnsures all supplier security personnel performing services are competent and trained in the security systems, equipment, tools, and processes, in accordance with this SOW and as it relates to their assigned position/liliEnsures armed supplier security personnel performing services are trained in the use of all assigned equipment, the use of force policy, and meet all federal, state, and local requirements for armed security personnel prior to starting services under this SOW/liliEscalates and documents security incidents, conducts root cause analyses and after-action reports/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pUS citizenship, minimum of 18 years of age, high school diploma or GED, impeccable customer service skills, excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are being applied, ability to work in a MS Windows based operating environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), active and current top-secret clearance with polygraph./ppGroup ID: 10490032/p/div
