Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFO to join their team. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the company. This is a hybrid work position.

Requirements Of CFO

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA and/or MBA is required
• Previously worked as a CFO
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Nonprofit experience

Job Duties Of CFO

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting of labor, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Manage financial operations, including cash flow, investments, and risk management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management
