Position Clinical Data Manager Location & Compensation Hybrid/Remote. Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year. Job Overview The Clinical Data Manager ensures the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of clinical trial data, managing data quality, external transfers, database development and leading project teams while coordinating audits and risk assessments. Responsibilities Ensure the integrity, reliability, and accuracy of clinical trial data. Guarantee data quality and consistency meet regulatory requirements, SOPs, and standards. Ensure external data conforms to the specified data transfer standards. Maintain GCP and regulatory compliance throughout data management activities. Apply CDISC or applicable standards to database programming and development. Serve as lead data manager, allocate resources, define study scope, and develop timelines. Participate in internal and external functional meetings. Oversee all data management tasks for the clinical trial. Monitor project progress to meet deliverables on time and to quality standards. Participate in audits and regulatory inspections. Conduct risk management assessments for data management deliverables. Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in clinical science, pharmacy, or related field. At least 3 years’ experience in data management, including study management, vendor management, CRF design, database set‑up, edit checks, DMPs, and database lock. Demonstrated knowledge of GCP and other regulatory requirements for clinical trials. Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and activities. Why Pharmaron?
