We are seeking an experienced, licensed commercial real estate agent to assist property owners in selling and leasing office buildings and other commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in developing business relationships, generating leads that convert into sales, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local policies and regulations. What you’ll do Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and decision makers to generate sales and leasing opportunities for office buildings and commercial properties. Prospect and qualify leads; manage a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact through closing. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local policies and regulations. Support and participate in company-provided training seminars, technology tools, and lead generation programs to grow your real estate business. Qualifications Licensed commercial real estate agent. Experience selling or leasing office buildings and commercial properties. Proven ability to develop business relationships and generate leads that convert to sales. Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local policies and regulations.
