• Now Hiring Experienced Concierge Officers starting at $16-$17 hr.
• Available Shift: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (3p-11p and 11p-7a)

What You Will Do

Our unarmed security guards protect the residential and commercial properties of our clients against theft, vandalism, fire, and much more.

The unarmed security guard position will provide strong security presence and visibility on the site while assisting residents and guests with safety, security and customer service.

Requirements

• Concierge/Security Officer experience is a plus
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have your own vehicle to transport to job site
  
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Neat well groomed professional appearance
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• High school diploma or GED
• Must have own working smartphone

Responsibilities

Our Concierge Officers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk security operations, contributing to a welcoming environment that enhances the overall customer experience. Our Concierge Officers are also responsible for observing and patrolling commercial and residential properties to prevent theft and unauthorized access. Concierge Officers will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling access to the sites, as well as patrolling the site. Concierge officers will have the following duties:

• Manage visitor traffic
• Assist residents and guests
• Check all shared amenities to ensure safety and compliance
• Handles overnight complaints from residents
• Inspect stairwells
• Monitor entrances to the property
• Regularly check guest parking area
• Maintain security post or security checkpoint
• Grant authorized visitors access
• Prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the site
• Provide directions to visitors and/or the public
• Maintain detail incident reports
• Prevent property damage, and if any damage occurs, security officer will document such damage in an incident report and report it immediately to direct supervisor
• Conduct regular foot patrols and scan points around the site
• Watch for suspicious activity and/or unsafe conditions and report such
