What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary liaison with key client representatives and ensure service delivery excellence
- Drive client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of deliverables
- Execute project forecasts and work schedules as directed by senior management
- Maintain up-to-date records on the status of all projects and communicate proactively with clients
- Demonstrate leadership and professionalism while achieving project objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
- Strong oral and written communication skills, providing a confident leadership presence
- Solid understanding of database design and legal document review requirements, including Relativity

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in handling all aspects of a project from initial planning to final production
- Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to adapt to client needs
- Familiarity with data processing activities relevant to eDiscovery
