As a Customer Service Order Entry Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our customers by managing orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience in the biotechnology field. Responsibilities:
Order Management: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently through various channels (phone, email, online platforms).
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information on products, order status, and resolving any issues or concerns.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions using CRM systems.
Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams including logistics, sales, and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve complex customer issues.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in order management and customer service, contributing to enhancing overall efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions and order processing.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in customer service or order management.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
