The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Entry Level) to join our growing data analytics team. In this role, you'll apply analytical thinking and technical skills to help transform raw data into meaningful insights that guide business decisions. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a foundation in data analytics within a collaborative, professional services environment.

What You'll Do

• Use of SQL to profile and query system databases for integrations and end-user reporting
• Frequent use of employing various systems' APIs as a part of creating, maintaining, and innovating integrations and automating processes
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Support the collection, cleaning, and transformation of datasets for analysis
• Apply statistical and critical thinking skills to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal deliverables and reports
• Continuously develop knowledge in data manipulation, analytics tools, and emerging technologies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business/data analytics, information systems, statistics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, research, or academic projects considered)
• Strong foundation in fundamental data principles, logic, and problem-solving
• Technical skills in SQL and exposure to programming; familiarity with Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Exposure to web technologies or database-driven applications (e.g., React, HTML, JavaScript, or similar), and familiarity with the Azure is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative, curious mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. A strong love of learning and a desire to be a life-long learner
• A strong affluence for translating real business problems into technical solutions
• The ability to turn big-picture business processes and thinking into detailed, technical outputs
