Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a detail-oriented, highly trainable Data Entry Specialist to assist their Accounting team during a major system transition in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO). This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks, enjoys working with data, and can adapt to changing priorities as the project evolves. This role is Hybrid.Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry Specialist will perform manual data entry tasks to support the Accounting team throughout the system migration
- Align invoices to the correct vendors and update records as needed
- Identify and remove duplicate records to ensure clean, accurate data
- Review and audit vendor information for accuracy and completeness
- As a Data Entry Specialist, you will follow established, repeatable processes and procedures as trained by the team
- Assist with vendor management activities to help reduce workload on the current team
Skills - Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks and manual data entry
- Highly trainable and able to adapt quickly to new tools and evolving requirements
- Background in general administrative work or accounting clerk roles is suitable but not required
Nice-to-Have:
- Previous experience supporting system transitions or data cleanup projects
- Familiarity with working in databases or data-driven systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
