Development Associate
Sid Jacobson JCC – East Hills, NY

We are looking for a Development Associate to join our team and help bring our fundraising events and initiatives to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, friendly, and eager to make things happen behind the scenes and in the middle of the action.
You will help coordinate our major fundraising events, manage donor information, assist with sponsorships, and support the many details that make each event successful. You will work closely with staff, lay leaders, committees, and the Community Engagement team to create experiences that connect people to our mission.
What You Will Do· Support the planning and coordination of major fundraising events
· Help manage donor records, event tracking, and reporting
· Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and materials
· Assist with donor communication and acknowledgments
· Work with the team to secure sponsors and maintain relationships
· Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth event execution
Pitch in wherever needed during event season, flexibility is key

Compensation and BenefitsThis is a full-time position with an annual salary of $65,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience. Sid Jacobson JCC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan options, generous paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
