Our established fine dinin g restaurant in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager to oversee all front-of-house operations. Qualified candidates must possess a demonstrated history of refined hospitality management and a strong background in fine dining environments. Proven ability to lead and train service staff to the highest standards is essential.

Qualifications:

• Schedule Flexibility: Must be available for all shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant for the duration of scheduled shifts.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with clear and concise communication abilities with guests and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, maintain organization, and follow through on directives.
• Menu Knowledge: Capacity to learn and retain comprehensive food and menu information.
• Service Expertise: Ability to understand, apply, train on, and share service best practices.
• Cleanliness Standards: Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) and reservation systems.
• Analytical Tools: Familiarity with Avero and R365 (preferred).
• Software Skills: Working knowledge of Google Suite.

• Brings 3+ years of proven restaurant leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on building and motivating high-performing service teams, preferably within fine dining .
• Possesses a genuine servant-leader mentality, prioritizing team support and growth.
• Has a minimum of 3 years of front-of-house management experience, with a non-negotiable requirement of significant experience in fine dining restaurants.
• Is adept at creating a positive and stable work environment that fosters employee retention.
• Understands and can consistently uphold the highest standards of service expected in fine dining .
