District Manager – Multi-Unit Retail Operations (Company Confidential)

About the Role:
Are you a high-performing leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We’re seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across 8–12 retail locations. In this key leadership role, you’ll guide store teams, drive profitability, ensure compliance, and support overall business performance across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a Retail Territory: Oversee sales, operations, and financial performance across multiple stores, with a focus on fuel, merchandise, foodservice, and other revenue-generating departments.
Coach and Empower Store Leaders: Build and develop high-performing store management teams through regular coaching, performance feedback, and hands-on leadership.
Drive Operational Standards: Monitor location performance through KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that improve results and customer satisfaction.
Recruit and Retain Talent: Play a hands-on role in hiring, onboarding, and retaining strong retail team members using internal systems and recruiting platforms.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Oversee adherence to company standards and local regulations related to fuel operations, safety, environmental guidelines, and lease terms.
Vendor & Pricing Oversight: Partner with vendors, review local pricing trends, and ensure stores stay competitive and compliant in their respective markets.
Support Visual Merchandising & Promotions: Execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and store presentation standards to elevate the customer experience.
Who You Are:
You bring 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, fuel, grocery, or foodservice, with a track record of multi-unit success.
You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
You’re well-versed in safety, environmental, and operational compliance protocols.
You’re a skilled communicator who leads by example and can unify diverse teams.
You enjoy traveling and being in the field—adaptability and time management are your strengths.
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business systems.
