Job Title: Commercial Door Division 8 Project Manager / Estimator

Location: Malvern, PA

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 / year (base + quarterly commissions)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, fully onsite

A well-established, company in the building materials industry, with multiple locations across Pennsylvania, is seeking a skilled Commercial Door Division 8 Project Manager / Estimator to join their team in Malvern, PA. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong project management and technical skills to manage commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from estimation to installation. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the industry, proficiency in Avaware software, and a patient, communicative approach to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships.
• Manage projects from estimating to final installation, ensuring adherence to budgets and project scopes.
• Detail hardware, hollow metal, and wood doors, coordinating with suppliers for product information, lead times, and shipping.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, or job site visits to meet project schedules and deadlines.
• Provide expert product knowledge to support customer service and perform related duties as directed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry.
• Division 8 experience required; Division 10 experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Avaware or similar door and hardware scheduling software (Avaware strongly preferred).
• Strong ability to read architectural plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient personality to handle changing priorities and strict timelines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Must pass pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Existing book of business is a plus but not required.
