KLR Executive Search Group is proud to partner with Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD (CCK) to recruit a newly created Executive Assistant position. CCK is a public interest law firm specializing in Veterans Law, ERISA, Long-Term Disability, and Bequest Management. Known for its client-centered approach and contingency-based model, the firm fosters a collaborative, high-trust work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner and two founding partners.
• Manage complex calendars, travel, meetings, and communications.
• Prepare and edit sensitive documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee inboxes, track deadlines, and coordinate project timelines.
• Plan meetings, events, onboarding activities, and special projects.
• Serve as a proactive liaison and organizational gatekeeper.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of executive-level administrative support experience.
• Highly organized, discreet, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and eager to learn new systems (e.g., Filevine).
• Comfortable in a dynamic, feedback-rich environment.
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
