Job Description

A global Private Equity firm is seeking an experienced EA to support a senior executive in their Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting busy executives in a fast-paced environment and be a collaborative team player. The firm is currently in the office 5 days per week and the compensation includes base salary + bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Coordinate detailed travel arrangements including itineraries, ground transport, etc.
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • ~2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
