We are seeking an experienced New Construction install lead to work on both Spec and Custom homes.

*Qualifications:*

* 2-year's experience
* Proficient in project layout, design and Installation.
* Understands the importance of good customer care and communication
* Able to interpret and follow manufacturer requirements and building codes
* Ability to complete projects within labor and material budgets
* Valid driver's licenses and insurable driving record
* Positive attitude and the desire to be part of a team that works together to be the best at what we do.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
