Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a 1099 contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the recruiting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools effectively.
  
• Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers to qualified candidates.
  
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  
• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
