Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Global Sales & Marketing Manager to lead international revenue growth and expand our brand presence across diverse markets. This role will develop and execute global sales and marketing strategies, manage distributor relationships, and drive high-impact campaigns tailored to local markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
• Lead international sales operations, manage distributor and key account relationships
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
• Launch and promote products in international markets, ensuring cultural fit and compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, product, legal, and regulatory teams
• Manage marketing budgets, optimize ROI, and strengthen global brand presence
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and report on sales performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in global sales and marketing, preferably in supplements or consumer health
• Proven success in strategy execution, revenue growth, and distributor management
• Experience in P&L management and leading multicultural teams
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to adapt marketing strategies to diverse cultural and regional needs
