We’re seeking a motivated Grain Originator to join a well-established and growing agricultural organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for agriculture, and a drive to build long-term relationships with local producers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with grain producers in the region
  
  
• Procure grain through direct farm marketing and offer competitive solutions to meet grower needs
  
  
• Monitor grain markets and provide timely market insight to customers
  
  
• Coordinate with logistics and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service
  
  
• Support strategic planning and customer retention initiatives
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in grain origination, ag sales, or related field
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field preferred
  
  
• Solid understanding of grain markets and producer needs
  
  
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
  
  
• Self-starter with the ability to manage territory independently
