Install Helper

At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, we pride ourselves on our outstanding installation team. We're looking for dedicated professionals who are committed to safety, reliability, and personal growth to join us as Install Helpers. As an Install Helper, you'll play a vital role in our team, assisting our Lead Installers in completing repairs and installations while delivering superior service to our customers.

We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn. If you're ready to be part of a team where your efforts directly impact the customer experience and you have a passion for HVAC and generator systems, then we want to hear from you. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

Responsibilities:

• Assist our Lead Installer with daily HVAC and generator installations, including heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, generators, etc.
• Aid in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC and generator systems.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC and generator equipment when needed.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• No experience necessary; we're willing to train the right person.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs on a continual basis.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and develop strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable going into crawl spaces or attics.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
