We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Industrial Construction Project Manager to lead and manage complex industrial construction projects across the U.S. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience with a strong background in ground-up industrial construction, including tilt-wall and PEMB systems . Experience with aviation facility construction and managing projects in multiple states is a plus. This is a full-time, in-office role based in the Tomball area of Houston, TX , with minimal travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of assigned industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project budget, schedules, subcontractors, and quality assurance
• Develop and track ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimates and GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) contracts
• Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project goals are met
• Support estimating efforts and review estimates for accuracy across multiple states
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Travel to job sites approximately twice per month to oversee progress and maintain client relationships
• Remain actively engaged in project execution—this is a hands-on role

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management or Industrial Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in industrial construction project management
• National project experience across multiple states
• Expertise in ground-up construction, tilt-wall systems, and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
• Design-build project experience
• Strong knowledge of ROM and GMP estimating
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Excel)
