Your Role Involves:

• Skillfully managing, operating, and maintaining state-of-the-art equipment such as fillers and labelers.
• Performing necessary repairs to keep systems in seamless working order.
• Overseeing transitions through efficient equipment clean-outs and shift adjustments.
• Accurately logging product details into the SAP system, ensuring flawless documentation.
• Collaborating with maintenance departments on scheduled upkeep tasks.
• Inspecting and validating batch completeness, quality marks, and precise labeling.
• Championing safety regulations, organization standards, and cleanliness best practices.
• Enlightening team members and deputizing for Line Leads when needed.

What We Seek:

• Completion of High School or GED (ideal).
• A history of over two years in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous.
• Solid grip on SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Work Instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and HMI systems is highly regarded.
• Ready to occasionally manage lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for lengthy durations amidst active machinery.
• Commitment to wearing protective gear such as safety glasses and shoes.
