Role Overview: We're seeking experienced Interim CEOs to join our roster, providing strategic leadership and managing critical initiatives for our clients during periods of transformation, growth, or crisis. The ideal candidates are dynamic leaders capable of stepping into complex situations and delivering immediate impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of organizational transformation initiatives, including restructuring, turnarounds, and performance improvement.
• Lead and execute strategic projects such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.
• Provide temporary leadership and stability during periods of executive transition or unexpected vacancies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and the Board to align on urgent strategic priorities and action plans.
• Implement rapid operational changes to address immediate business needs and opportunities.
• Mentor and support senior management teams to ensure continuity and effective execution of strategic goals.
• Act as a change agent to drive cultural and organizational shifts necessary for success.

• Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in General Management as CEO or equivalent.
• Proven track record in leading organizations through significant change, including turnarounds, restructuring, and crisis management.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional ability to quickly assess situations, develop action plans, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Incorporated in Canada (if needed, we provide all the resources to help with incorporation).
