About:

Our client is a boutique investment bank specializing in M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory for middle-market companies in the tech, software, and SaaS sectors. They are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our team in Orlando or New York.

Role Overview:

The Investment Banking Associate will play a key role in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior bankers on M&A, financing, and advisory projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with direct exposure to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build financial models (DCF, precedent transactions, comps) and conduct valuation analysis.
• Support M&A and capital raising processes, including drafting presentations and term sheets.
• Assist with due diligence, market research, and client meetings.
• Help structure and negotiate transactions.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across the firm.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience (tech/SaaS background preferred).
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SaaS industry knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
