In the role of  IT Environment Manager- SAP BASIS, you will be responsible for the overall health, performance, and stability of our SAP landscape, with a primary focus on overseeing and optimizing the services delivered by our Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in SAP Basis as well as deep understanding of the SAP Rise Service shared responsibility model (governance, oversight, performance monitoring, service level management, and strategic alignment with SAP as the service provider), deep understanding of IT service management best practices, and exceptional vendor management skills that span several providers at once. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can drive continuous improvement, ensure adherence to SLAs, and foster strong collaborative relationships with our MSP partners.

 

This position reports to the Director of IT Global Infrastructure and Environment. 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:  

  • Vendor Performance Management
  • Interpret the RISE and SAP contract and add-ons
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with SAP leadership, Client Delivery Management, and operational teams
  • Monitor and approve SAP's RISE service invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracted services. Participate in budget planning for SAP RISE subscriptions and related services
  • Oversee the resolution of critical incidents and complex problems by collaborating closely with SAP's support teams, ensuring timely resolution, minimal downtime, and effective root cause analysis for issues impacting the RISE landscape. Serve as the primary internal escalation point for technical issues
  • Oversee the adoption and governance of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services for extensions, integrations, and analytics, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices 

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in SAP BASIS, Cloud Strategies, and Designs  OR equivalent experience (4+ years) 
  • You have 8-10 years of experience in SAP Basis Management or SAP Leadership
  • You have proven experience managing and optimizing services delivered by SAP as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for large-scale SAP landscapes within a large enterprise.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience applying them in an enterprise environment, particularly in a multi-vendor, shared responsibility cloud mode
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome  
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $111,900.00-  $146,900.00(posting salary range) + 15 target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
