As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll begin with direct customer interactions, gaining hands-on experience in sales and a solid foundation in Verizon Wireless products and acquisition strategies. This initial phase equips each Junior Account Manager with essential knowledge to transition into strategic account management, focusing on customer retention, growth opportunities, and mentorship. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or other client-facing roles demonstrating solid communication and problem-solving skills Entry-level candidates with leadership potential and a drive for rapid career growth in client account management are welcome Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage across diverse customer profiles Basic proficiency in computer applications and a readiness to learn CRM systems and account management tools Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment This is a commission-based role with no limit on earnings.
