Location : Washington ,DC (Onsite Job)
Duration : 4 +Months contract
Essential Functions:
· Schedule and participate in project meetings, including the creation and distribution of meeting notes for each meeting,
· Review employee photographs for compliance to Amtrak ID Photo Requirements,
· Use a tool to zoom, rotate, crop, or adjust brightness, contrast or image quality of the employee photograph to meet the Amtrak requirements,
· Use the Lenel OnGuard System to complete a variety of tasks, including update of the status of an employee credential,
· Use other tools that are included in the credentialing process,
· Provide telephone support for activation of a new employee credential,
· Complete necessary follow-up on employee questions related to the rebadging project,
· Handle receipt and destruction of the old credential returned by an employee,
· Prepare documentation in accordance with defined standards, and
· Assist the APD-CS Project Manager with completion of various tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
· An associate degree from an accredited college in a job-related field,
· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the completion of similar work,
· Excellent communications skills,
· Strong people skills, including demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment,
· Ability to review and understand how to use an access control system or similar tool,
· Ability to coordinate meetings,
· Ability to prepare written documentation, including meeting notes,
· Ability to perform well under pressure and aggressive deadlines, and
· Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft (MS) Office software, including MS SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word.
Preferred Qualification
· Experience with rolling out large badging project efforts.
· Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
· Excellent communications and verbal skills to coordinate customer requests.
· Must have attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects.
· Maintain effective communication with the Director, project manager, and team members.
