Job Description
Growing established Orange County law firm is looking for a talented, hard-working litigation attorney with 1-5 years of experience for its litigation practice. This attorney will be primarily responsible for handling their own case load. Candidates must have experience representing clients in all stages of pre-trial litigation, including, but not limited to: preparing pleadings and motions (e.g. demurrers, motions to dismiss, etc.), drafting and responding to discovery, and making court appearances. Experience with wrongful foreclosure, the Homeowners Bill of Rights, eviction, title issues, and creditor's rights litigation in California.
