Jumpstart Your HR Career - Join Our Team as a Temporary HR Assistant!
Are you organized, people-focused, and ready to dive into the world of Human Resources? We're looking for a dependable and driven individual to support our HR operations in Sparta.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr based on experience

Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, internal communications, and recruitment activities
• Respond to reference checks and employment verifications
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records
• Track employee attendance and generate reports/HR metrics
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and training modules
• Assist with the implementation of HR training
• Provide general administrative support and perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an administrative or entry-level HR role preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
