Schedule: Day shift, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Your impact

From first setup to final trim, you’ll be the force that turns printed sheets into finished pieces that meet exacting standards. You’ll safeguard quality, protect timelines, and keep production moving without compromising safety.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, and care for bindery equipment: folders, cutters, stitchers, and trimmers
• Monitor quality throughout the run and align output with customer and company specifications
• Proactively troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
• Record accurate production data; uphold safety and housekeeping standards
• Coordinate closely with press and production teams to meet schedules
• Perform routine maintenance and maintain a well-organized workspace

What you bring

• 3+ years in lithographic bindery or related finishing role
• Hands-on mechanical capability and sound problem-solving
• Fluency with job tickets, work orders, and spec sheets
• Working knowledge of safety requirements and quality control
• Meticulous attention to detail; able to collaborate and work independently
• Flexibility for varied shifts and overtime as required
