If you love to work in a fast-paced environment and desire a part-time opportunity managing a pizza store shift (morning or evening), we want to hear from you. Our pizza store franchise needs an articulate and knowledgeable individual to take over a Manager role. We promote from within whenever possible, so potential career tracks could include General Manager.

Manager Expectations:
•Come to work with a positive attitude
•Provide excellent customer service at all times
•Take phone orders in a professional manner and be knowledgeable of current menu and specials
•Assist in preparation of all food, some box folding, restocking supplies as needed and some dish washing
•Show up to work on time for scheduled shifts
•Must come to work timely in all weather conditions
•Ability to multi-task, work at a fast pace, work well under pressure, be a quick learner
•Strong work ethic
•Must work well with others
•6 months of pizza experience in a delivery and carry out business i.e. Dominos, Papa Johns, Marcos, etc.(e.g. management, shift leader, etc.)
•Ability to effectively train and motivate staff
•Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
•Willingness to show leadership and guidance from the floor

Job Type: Part-time (12-30 hours based on your availability)

Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 an hour (based on level of experience) + Tips (usually as much as an additional $2-$5/hour), overtime available. Blackjack Pizza & Salads
