We are currently seeking a Part-Time Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. This position involves providing individual, family, and couples therapy services for adults, adolescents, and children in a warm, supportive, and professional setting.
Flexible Schedule: Begin with one full day per month, with the opportunity to expand to 8–16 hours per week as your caseload grows.

Summary
The Psychiatrist or PMHNP will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based treatment as part of an integrated behavioral health team. The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, sound clinical judgment, and a passion for serving diverse and underserved populations.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS
Board Certified Psychiatrist or PMHNP, CRNP
Appropriate professional degree from an accredited university or medical/nursing program
Current ANCC Board Certification (for PMHNPs) in good standing
Current and active DEA & CDS registration numbers
National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Professional malpractice insurance
Ability to pass a criminal background check
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and manage psychopharmacological treatments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
Demonstrate proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and coordination of care.
Build strong therapeutic rapport and maintain clear, compassionate communication with patients and families.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, integrated care.
Provide culturally competent and inclusive services to a diverse patient population.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with underserved and high-needs communities.
Maintain adherence to ethical, legal, and professional standards of psychiatric practice.
Compensation & Schedule
Part-time position: Begin with 1 day per month, with the opportunity to grow to 8–16 hours per week.
Hourly Rate: $65–$100 per hour (commensurate with experience and credentials).
