Who is Ivy Rehab?

At Ivy we provide world-class care in outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services across the country. More than half of our clinics are started up and owned by clinicians just like you! We promote authenticity, inclusion, growth, specialty interests, community, continued learning, transparency, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to every patient that comes into our clinics. Ivy Rehab was also named one of Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare in 2024!

We offer our clinicians a ton of awesome benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, a competitive PTO plan, free CEU resources + extra CEU dollars annually, pet insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, gym discounts, student loan assistance (based on opportunity), free access to mental health and well-being counseling, travel assistance, and financial services. We also offer several growth pathways for our clinicians so they can pursue their personal career goals!

Responsibilities:

Imagine you're a superhero, but instead of a cape, you’ve got a stethoscope and some resistance bands. As an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, you’re the go-to expert for people who are recovering from injuries, surgeries, or just dealing with the day-to-day aches and pains of life. Your job? Help them get back to feeling awesome, one move at a time!

  • Custom Treatment Plans:
No two bodies are the same! You’ll design personalized treatment plans that could involve a mix of stretching, strengthening, and maybe some “magical” modalities (we’re talking ultrasound, heat, ice, you name it).
  • Therapeutic Exercises and Manual Therapy:
Whether it’s a knee replacement recovery or a sprained ankle, you’ll lead your patients through exercises and stretches that build strength and flexibility.
  • Progress Tracking:
It’s all about the gains! You’ll keep track of your patient’s progress, making sure they’re improving and adjusting the treatment plan if needed.
  • Patient Coach and Educator:
You’re not just about exercise, you’ll also teach your patients the secrets of injury prevention, good posture, and how to move with confidence.
  • Team Player:
You’re in this with the whole healthcare squad. You’ll be talking with orthopedic doctors, surgeons, and other specialists to make sure your patients are getting the best care possible. Communication is key, and you’ll always have your patient’s back (literally and figuratively!).
  • High Fives and High Expectations:
Every day is a win when you see your patients getting back to their active lives—whether it’s running, biking, or picking up their grandkids.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist required (New grads are encouraged to apply!)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
