Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with Spine training to join their team. The award-winning hospital is in a thriving, family friendly community, just a short drive from St. Louis, Indianapolis, and Chicago.

Practice Overview:

• Employed by locally owned not for profit hospital - 130 bed facility providing care to 8 counties
• Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties
• Join 4 General Orthos
• Strong referral base, including Family Sports Medicine – 40 percent of referrals go straight to surgery
• State of the art facilities – O-Arm, Airo CT – Will support additional equipment as needed
• Broad scope of care – Multi level infusions, etc.
• 2 clinic days, 2 OR days
• 1:5 call – Not a trauma center

Compensation:

• 850K base salary
• Additional earning through production and quality bonuses
• 60K retention bonus (20K per year over 3 years)
• 75K sign on
• Hospital funded pension plan:
  • Hospital contributes $42,500 per year (5 percent) for years 1-5
  • Hospital contributes $85,000 per year (10 percent), ongoing, after year 6
• Additional 403b with 4 percent match
• Relocation assistance reimbursed up to 10k
• PTO: 33 days annually
• 1 Week CME with 3,300 allowance
