Job Purpose

As a ProSolutions Sales Representative , you will be at the forefront of driving revenue in your designated territory. Your mission? To build strong business relationships and provide tailored solutions to tackle our customers' toughest Power and Climate Control challenges. You’ll be a trusted expert for industries such as:

• Environmental and Restoration
• Refineries and Petrochemical
• Electrical and Mechanical
• Sewer/Water/Municipal
• Underground and General Contractors
• Pipelines, Utilities, and Industrial Facilities
• Mining/Quarries
• Entertainment and Special Events

What You Will Do...

• Manage your territory daily to gain new accounts and exceed rental revenue goals through site visits.
• Develop and organize effective sales strategies to achieve your targets.
• Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver exceptional solutions.
• Stay informed about market conditions to maximize pricing opportunities.
• Diversify our customer base by optimizing product and service offerings.
• Provide customized services and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Make impactful presentations to decision-makers and educate them on our equipment.
• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of new services for customers.
• Utilize CRM and other tools to report sales activities.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the equipment rental industry, particularly in the pump, power, and climate control market, is highly desired.

• Ability to sell complex products and customer solutions.

• In-depth product knowledge specific to Pump, Power, and Climate Control equipment.

Pay Range: Base Salary + Commission Guarantee with no commission or bonus cap!
