Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing / metal removal environment.
Strong expertise in GD&T (ANSI Y14.5), gauging, calibration, and statistical methods.
Hands-on experience with SPC, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; strong analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently with high judgment, pragmatism, and accountability.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional and customer interaction.
Supervisory experience with quality technicians preferred.
