We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Disposition Manager to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to market, show, and close off-market investment property deals in the Hudson Valley. You will work closely with cash buyers, investors, contractors, and local real estate agents to facilitate successful transactions.
Compensation: $100,000
Responsibilities: - Property Acquisition: Collaborate with our acquisitions team to understand the inventory of off-market investment properties available for sale.
- Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and investors. This may include digital marketing, traditional advertising, and networking within the local real estate community.
- Property Showings: Coordinate property viewings with prospective buyers, investors, and agents. Ensure the properties are presented in the best possible light.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate deals to ensure favorable terms for both buyers and our company. Work to achieve optimal selling prices and terms.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire sales process, including contract preparation, due diligence, and closing activities. Work with title companies, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on Hudson Valley real estate market trends, property values, and local developments to provide valuable insights to buyers and investors.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents, contractors, and other industry professionals to expand your network and generate leads.
- Reporting: Keep detailed records of property sales, leads, and transactions. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a focus on investment properties.
- Strong knowledge of the Hudson Valley real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- A valid real estate license in the state of New York is a plus.
- Proficient in real estate CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
