About This Role

Our company is on a mission to build a high-performance acquisitions team and scale to $1 million per monthly revenue . We’re hiring hungry, disciplined closers who want to be part of something big.

At the same exact time you must know we are not looking for obsolete, ineffective "hard sales tactics". We are looking for emotionally intelligent sales professionals who know how to patiently but confidently connect, listen, and ask the right questions that will lead our sellers toward a win-win decision.

As an Acquisition Rep, you’ll speak directly with property owners, identify motivation, and close purchase agreements on residential properties. You’ll follow a proven process, get consistent warm leads, and be trained directly by leadership — but you must show up with relentless follow-through, emotional intelligence, and a drive to win.

This is not a real estate investing or partnership opportunity. This is a commission-only sales role. Meant for someone who wants to lock in $5K–$10K per month (or more) by executing consistently.

What You'll Do

• Call and text property owners daily (we provide the leads)
• Build rapport and uncover pain points
• Negotiate win-win offers using a proven script
• Track your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and close deals
• Attend weekly team calls, training, and roleplay
• Hit performance goals that get you paid

Our Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years Car sales experience.
• 3-5 years Personal training sales experience
• 3-5 years life insurance agent sales experience
