ROLE DESCRIPTION Janus Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency known for empowering agents and delivering exceptional service to clients through a collaborative, forward-thinking approach. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, supportive environment and wants to be part of a team committed to professionalism, service excellence, and personal development in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly—both in person and over the phone—and route them to the appropriate team member with professionalism and care.
• Manage daily appointment scheduling, office communication, and calendar coordination.
• Support client engagement by responding to inquiries and updating client information accurately in agency systems.
• Participate in introductory sales conversations and identify opportunities to connect clients with the right insurance solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely follow-up on client requests and needs.
• Assist the team with administrative tasks, file organization, and special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced office environment.
• Willingness to engage in basic sales conversations with confidence and professionalism.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology; CRM experience a plus.
