Your Role:

• Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking
• Cold call and interview prospective candidates
• Conduct a preliminary assessment of the candidate's skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change.
• Identifying the key decision makers at organizations and coordinate phone conversations and zoom conversations
• Maintain accurate records of connections and scheduled appointments.
• Continuous database management (adding companies, updating profiles, scrubbing data, etc.)
• Share, track, and monitor search and marketing email campaigns

Qualifications and skills:

• 1+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience required
• Desire to relentlessly prospect for new business – you love “the hunt”
• A positive attitude, “people skills,” and a passion for engaging people in conversation
• Experience using Outlook, LinkedIn, PCR, Excel Sheets/Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Comfortable communicating with senior, mid, and junior level executives
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Military background welcome
