Insurance Defense Attorney (1-5 Years' Experience) | California (Remote)

A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its growing practice in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a California Baradmitted attorney with 15 years of litigation experience who is looking to gain handson responsibility while maintaining flexibility and worklife balance.

$115,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

What Youll Do

• Handle insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Take and defend depositions; participate in hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Analyze liability and damages and develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with partners and team members in a fastpaced litigation environment.

What Were Looking For

• Active California Bar membership in good standing (required).
• 15 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently with appropriate supervision.
• Organized, efficient, and responsive work style.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setting.
