Your Role in The Grand Story

As Resort Manager , you’ll serve as the strategic and operational heartbeat of The Grand—partnering closely with the General Manager and leading daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Recreation, Retail, and Loss Prevention.

  • Own the Rooms Experience. Set the gold standard in Rooms Division excellence—from seamless arrivals to impeccable housekeeping and warm, intuitive service.

  • Drive Results. Manage budgets, oversee capital projects, and partner with Sales and Revenue teams to maximize financial performance without ever compromising guest delight.

  • Inspire Your Team. Recruit, coach, and celebrate your associates—cultivating a culture of accountability, creativity, and authentic care.

  • Innovate Constantly. Seek new efficiencies, elevate processes, and embrace innovation to strengthen The Grand’s competitive edge and enhance the guest journey.

What You Bring
  • Proven success leading luxury hotel or resort operations, with deep Rooms Division expertise (Front Office and Housekeeping required).

  • Strong business acumen and financial insight balanced by a genuine passion for service excellence.

  • A leadership style rooted in empathy, empowerment, and execution.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
