Summary

Base Pay: $17.75/hour + Uncapped Commission
Expected First Year Earnings: $68,000 (No sales experience required). Full-time paid training provided!

As part of our renowned Inside Sales & Retention team, you will engage with customers through 100% inbound calls , helping them discover the benefits of our services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products or services to both new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend effective solutions.
• Stay resilient and focused, even through challenging interactions.
• Effectively manage your time while engaging with customers and completing data entry tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster and maintain relationships.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work full-time on-site.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Personal smartphone/device with an active network connection.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment screen.

Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment screen, including a drug test and an acceptable driving record. The compensation listed may be a combination of hourly pay and location pay differential.
