Job Overview:
B&H is looking for a Salesforce Technical Manager with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and platform management. This role blends technical leadership with strategic thinking to deliver best-in-class solutions in high volume customer support environments.
To be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and Salesforce best practices, while also guiding a team of developers and admins to maintain a high standard of delivery.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions within Service Cloud.
- Provide design and technical solutions with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture and design specifications.
- Manage and mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and architects.
- Ensure quality assurance, performance tuning, and compliance with Salesforce development and security standards.
- Proactive system maintenance includes Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- Own and manage technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
- Oversee integration between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Webservices, OData).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to define roadmaps and priorities.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, roadmap, and ecosystem tools to drive innovation and platform optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular team meetings.

- 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and administration.
- Experience in a senior technical role, such as Technical Lead, Technical Architect, or similar positions.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing large-scale, complex software systems and architectures.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Salesforce Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and its suite of products (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni-Channel, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Digital Engagement, Scheduler).
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel Routing across multiple digital channels (Emails, MIAW, SMS, Voice/CTI integration, Video).
- Experience working with Salesforce Einstein and AI products (Bots, Predictive Case Routing,
- Recommendations, Next Best Action, Agentforce).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, integration patterns, and best practices for customization and development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Custom Metadata Types and Components.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, Salesforce Connect, and External Objects.
- Experience working with Salesforce connectors for Medallia, Bazaarvoice, Screenmeet, Hootsuite a plus.
Other Technical Proficiencies:
- Experience with DevOps tools like Copado, or Salesforce DX.
- Practical experience with Source Code management tools like Git and Bitbucket.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, Jira, and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with Authentication frameworks (LDAP, AD, OAuth)
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Splunk
